Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Soiree Events on a project called Village WIFF, a public event space that was open from Thursday to Sunday, free of charge. Rosemary and her team transformed this space with stunning draping, lighting by Next Level, furniture by Modish, and flowers by Gerard's Flowers. "We coordinate all the vendors and oversee the events, including opening night where we featured a wonderful neon sign," she shares.
From Vision to Reality
Rosemary's process begins with a clear vision. She meets with clients to understand their themes, colors, and overall vibe. "I coordinate everything," she says. "It starts with a meeting with the client to understand their theme, colors, and overall vibe. We then research ideas, create storyboards, and plan the event."
For Village WIFF, Rosemary knew her clients loved branding and neon signs, so she incorporated a custom neon sign from Osmosis Glow. "Neon signs are really big, and I thought it was a cool vibe," she explains. "It's something they could use at various events, making it versatile and memorable."
When asked if she considers herself an artist, Rosemary confidently responds, "Yes, because artistic elements go into every event we plan. I focus on engaging all five senses and really getting to know my clients, understanding the purpose of the event, and who will attend."
